That’s correct we need a few good men and women to join the OCHQ team. There is a call out for all current positions. If you love to write and have a love for technology there is a fit for you. There very well may even by a spot for all you power hungry forum dwellers that love mod powers. Reviewers: Must have one of the consoles listed on our site. The minimum system requirements for pc reviews can be found out by pming "admin" or "munk" in the forum(of course as is with all technology the requirements shift with the times). Currently we are looking for a minimum of an X 58 i7 rig with 30 inch monitor. Don't let this keep you from applying the lower end rigs can still be used but don't expect to get higher end Graphics cards or motherboards for review.You must havewriting skills and good communication skills you will be asked to write a test review of a product you own as part of the reviewer application.

 

News Posters: This is a great fit for anyone that loves writing and reads technology based news on a daily basis. You must have a basic knowledge of grammar, English, and captivating writing. You will be expected to post a minimum of 3-7 news articles a week. The reason we prefer seven is to give the news writers the weekends off. Upstanding news posters will be given upstanding letters of recommendation and references for any jobs they apply for. This is a great gate way into a reputable market of writing for college students. You must have the internet and have access to it at least once a day. I will also make special exceptions for bloggers if you are on board for a minimum of 7 posts a week i will be more then happy to allow you to put links to your blog or site in your posts. We have a large reader ship and I don't mind sharing. We will also have periodic contests and raffles for bonuses for the news writers. News and review editors: English and grammar skills based on collage education (avid readers and writers can be given leniency). You will be required to edit grammar and spelling so a cool temper is a must have. Reviewers are notorious for bad grammar but they are fun loving for the most part so don’t crush our hopes and dreams.

As the site grow department heads will be made from senior staff members. The quicker you sign on, the more chances for better job postings there will be.

These jobs are unpaid but aren't without there benefits all of the staff that sticks it out will be remembered when the site does well. Reviewers will have to return products to manufacturers after review on rare occasions but for the most part get to keep the products after reviews are completed. I am a strong believer in sharing profits with employees and that also includes product. As better products come in the senior staff get first dibs so apply as soon as you can..

Moderators: Moderators must help things move smoothly in the forums and keep the riff raff out. You will have the ability to delete and edit threads. This is a great stepping stone to getting paid moderator jobs there are plenty of work from home jobs for moderators, get your start in the business with us.
