Pod casting, recording for garageband, or just for decent sound quality are all great reasons to invest in a decent audio recording system. The problem with this is the cost can be pretty outrageous so the poor lowly youtuber sit with his piddley little $2 mouse from the dollar store and wishes for more. Well companies like Samson have created some very affordable choices for the financially challenged. Today we will be looking at the Go Mic from Samson this little mic packs a major punch and offers some pretty amazing functionality all for under $100! Let’s get a look at it and see if it is right for you:

Conclusion:
Overall I still love my Samson G-Track just a little more due to the fact that it has an input for instruments but the difference in price makes the Go Mic a formidable opponent. I honestly cannot believe the clarity of sound this mic has for its price, not to mention size. If you were to come up to me with this thing and tell me it is capable of near studio quality sound I would have laughed in your face….about a week ago, now, not so much. This is the perfect accompaniment to any on the go podcaster, youtuber, or amateur musician. I would not hesitate to promote this mice to everyone and anyone that asks about it.
I wish there were products this good years ago and I would have never invested in anything else; that having being said if you are looking for a great portable mic I personally would recommend this over and of the other products out there in its price range.
Pros:
- Directional and Omni Directional Options
- Price
- Great Software!
- Tiny
- Superior Sound Quality
- Great Accessories
- None That can Think of
